You Asked, We Listened — A New Option at Checkout

1 min read

With all of our recent changes, including purchasing online, some of our customers have asked how they could leave a tip to show their appreciation for a service, a specially prepared blend, the extra time spent locating a product, or the personal attention that goes into their orders.

In response to those requests, we've added an optional tipping feature to our online checkout. You'll now see the opportunity to leave a tip when completing your purchase, with several amounts to choose from, including 0%.

We want to be very clear that tipping is never expected at Casaroma Wellness. The care, attention, and personal service we provide will always remain the same, whether you choose to leave a tip or not.

For those who have asked for this option, it's now available. We are genuinely grateful for every expression of appreciation, whether that's a tip, a kind word, or a recommendation to a friend. We are always so grateful that you continue to choose Casaroma for your wellness needs.

With Gratitude and Appreciation Always,

Allana & LyzaLee
