Already an Approved In-House Client?

If you have already completed this process, you do not need to do it again.

Request For In-House Client Access

Our in-person wellness services are offered from our private home-based wellness space in East Hants, Nova Scotia.

Because we are not open for general public booking, new in-person clients are asked to complete a short introduction process before receiving access to our private booking calendar.

There is no charge to become an approved in-house client.

The process is simple.

Step 1 — Tell Us a Little About Yourself

Please complete the short form below so we can learn who you are, which service you are interested in, and what you are hoping to receive from your appointment.

This is not a full health intake form. It is simply the first step in helping us understand what you are looking for and whether our in-person services are a good fit.

If yes, what was it for?

For example: products, classes, online learning, previous appointments, referral, social media, or another connection.

Which in-person service are you interested in?

A few sentences are enough. This simply helps us understand what you are looking for.

For example, mobility considerations, scent sensitivities, accessibility needs, or anything else you feel is important for us to know.

Step 2 — Book Your Free 10-Minute Connection Call

After completing the form, you will get a link to book a free 10-minute Connection Call with us.

This gives us a chance to meet briefly, talk about the service you are interested in, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you know what to expect before booking an in-person appointment.

What Happens Next?

After your Connection Call, if the service is a good fit, we will provide you with the link to our private booking calendar.

From there, you will be able to book your approved in-person services directly.

There is no obligation to join a paid membership in order to become an approved in-house client.
