Our in-house wellness services are offered from a private wellness space in Upper Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia. Unlike a busy clinic or retail environment, our space has been designed to provide a calm, comfortable setting where appointments can focus entirely on you.

Every person arrives with a different story, different goals, and different questions. Our role is to listen, explore your concerns together, and help you discover practical ways to support your health and wellbeing.

Rather than following a standard program, we'll take the time to understand what's happening in your life, what you've already tried, and where you would like to go next.

Depending on your individual needs, your visits may include one or more of the following:

A Calm and Respectful Environment

Because our wellness space is located in a private home, appointments are scheduled by reservation only and are spaced throughout the day to provide a peaceful, welcoming experience for every member.

We ask that members arrive at their scheduled appointment time and respect the privacy of our home and the people we serve.

This allows us to continue offering personalized care in the relaxed environment that has become an important part of the Casaroma experience.
