This free short Zoom or phone session is simply our way of bringing back something many of us miss — the feeling of walking into a local shop where you are genuinely welcomed. In the early days, people would step into our store, and before anything else, we would greet them, ask how they were doing, and listen. There was no pressure to know what you needed or to have the “right” words. Sometimes people came in knowing exactly what they were looking for. Other times, they just knew something didn’t feel right and hoped we could help them sort it out. These sessions are very much like that. You can think of it as stepping through the door, being welcomed, and having a calm conversation. If you already know what you’re looking for — a natural product, an essential oil, or support with a specific concern — we can help guide you. If you don’t know what you need yet, that’s perfectly okay. We’ll ask gentle questions about what’s going on and what you’re hoping to improve, just as we always have. There is no obligation and no expectation.
