This free short Zoom or phone session is our way of bringing back something many of us miss — the feeling of walking into a local shop where you are genuinely welcomed. In the early days, people would step into our store, and before anything else, we would greet them, ask how they were doing, and listen. There was no pressure to know what you needed or to have the “right” words. Sometimes people came in knowing exactly what they were looking for. Other times, they just knew something didn’t feel right and hoped we could help them sort it out. These sessions are very much like that. You can think of it as stepping through the door, being welcomed, and being able to have that same conversation we used to have in person. If you already know what you’re looking for — a natural product, an essential oil, or support with a specific concern — we can help guide you. If you don’t know what you need yet, that’s perfect too. As we talk, we will discover together what’s going on and what you’re hoping to improve, just as we always have. There is no obligation and no expectation. This time is for you to have somewhere to go and discuss what is happening so we can understand your situation, so that we can offer some clarity, and help you see what options may be available to you — whether that’s a product, a service, or just information to help you take your next step. For those who remember visiting our physical store, this is our way of recreating that experience in today’s world. A friendly voice. A listening ear.
