Sessions are offered by Zoom or phone, depending on your preference.
Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation and connection details by email.
During the session, we work together much like we would in person — through conversation, observation, and practical guidance based on years of experience.
A quiet, comfortable space will help you get the most from your session.​

Online sessions are typically scheduled for the length of time listed with each service. This allows enough time for conversation, observation, and thoughtful discussion without feeling rushed.
