During your online consultation, you'll work directly with either LyzaLee or Allana , both are Clinical Aromatherapist with more than 30 years of experience in aromatherapy and natural wellness. By video or telephone, we'll explore your goals and how aromatherapy might fit into your everyday life. What Happens During Your Consultation? We begin with your questions, interests, current routines, scent preferences and relevant sensitivities. Whether you're completely new to essential oils or have used them for years, we'll build on what you already know. We'll discuss practical applications, appropriate dilution and safe use, including considerations for children, pets and shared household spaces when relevant. We can explore personal care, skin and hair products, diffuser blends, household cleaning and other uses that interest you. Bring Your Favourite Products Into the Conversation Already have essential oils or products you love? Have them nearby, including products from other companies. Tell me what you enjoy about their aroma, texture or performance. We can explore existing Casaroma alternatives or discuss adjustments to suit your preferences. Custom Blending & Recommendations Casaroma Wellness offers an extensive range of formulated products alongside personalized blending. Sometimes an existing product meets your needs; other times, a customized formulation makes more sense. Products and shipping are purchased separately. Before and After Your Appointment You'll answer a few questions when booking to help me prepare. Afterward, you'll receive a written summary of our discussion, recommendations and agreed next steps.
