Ginger essential oil has a warm and spicy aroma that blends well with citrus oils and other spices.  It is often used for digestive problems and our clients tell us that it it great to use in travel blends to alleviate symptoms of nausea.  It is used also in massage blends to help with  stiff muscles and joints.  Emotionally it is said to help maintain courage and groundedness.
