Smoothie Time!


HERE IS A FUN SMOOTHIE RECIPE!


FRUIT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup frozen berries

1/2 cup fresh peach slices

3/4 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or unflavored for less sugar)

3/4 cup cut up spinach or kale

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup pineapple chunks

1/2 banana, peeled

Throw it in the blender or food processor. Fill your cup or glass and you can put the rest in the fridge or even freezer or share with a friend :)
