Invigorating Blend to Improve Self-Discipline

Essential oils are a wonderful way to help improve your self-discipline.

Aromatherapy is one of the incredible natural modalities that can help you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Using the blend below can help you hold on tight when your self-discipline is waning. You can use it any time of the day or evening. Put a little dab on your wrists, perhaps a little dab under your nose or roll a bit on a tissue and tuck it into your shirt to smell for a longer period of time.

An Aromatherapy blend to help with self-discipline

In a 10ml roll on bottle, put:

3 drops Black Pepper

2 drops Petitgrain

1 drop Lime

3 drops Jasmine 10%

Fill your bottle with fractionated coconut oil

Hope this has helped to inspire you to help yourself up to another level of living that you would like to achieve. We all have it inside of us if we are willing to engage with it.

Good luck to you all.

Lyza
