Orientation — In-Person Sessions at Casaroma Wellness

This page is here to help you understand how in-person sessions are offered now, where they take place, and the kind of support these sessions provide. It is also an opportunity for you to reflect on whether this feels like a good fit for you at this time.

There is no expectation to move forward.

The Setting

In-person sessions are now offered in a quiet, home-based setting.
Both Lyza and her mother offer sessions from this location.

Because this is a private home rather than a retail or clinic space, sessions are offered with a different rhythm and structure than in the past.

This setting allows for:

  • A slower, more intentional pace

  • Fewer sessions offered each day

  • Clear arrival and departure times

  • A calm, contained environment

This structure supports the quality of the work and the well-being of everyone involved.

The Focus of the Sessions

These sessions are focused on holistic support based on many years of experience working with people and animals in a respectful, practical way.

Sessions may include:

  • Body-based or energetic support

  • Aromatherapy and related practices

  • Gentle guidance based on lived experience and observation

The work offered here is intended to be supportive and complementary in nature. It is not intended to replace medical or mental health care.

What These Sessions Are — and What They Are Not

These sessions are:

  • Structured and time-bound

  • Offered within clear boundaries

  • Focused on support rather than urgency

  • Intended to work alongside your existing care

These sessions are not:

  • Crisis or emergency support

  • Therapy or counselling

  • An open-ended or unstructured space

This clarity helps ensure that sessions remain supportive, calm, and beneficial for everyone involved.

Pace and Availability

Availability for in-person sessions is limited and may change throughout the year.

Sessions are offered:

  • On specific days and times

  • With space between appointments

  • Without the ability to accommodate last-minute or urgent requests

This pacing is intentional and helps maintain the integrity of the work and the setting.

Before moving forward, we encourage you to take a moment to reflect on:
