What Happens During Your Session? **We begin with a conversation.** Before your session, LyzaLee will connect with you to discuss how you're feeling, what you've been experiencing, and any intentions you would like to bring into your Reiki experience. **You settle into a comfortable space.** Choose somewhere you can lie down or sit comfortably without interruptions. You may wish to close your eyes, breathe naturally, and allow yourself time away from your usual responsibilities. **Your Reiki session begins.** While you rest, LyzaLee conducts your distance Reiki session, focusing on your energy field, chakras, and the intentions discussed beforehand. Some people describe sensations of warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Others experience very little physically. Each person's experience is individual. **We reconnect afterward.** Once the session is complete, LyzaLee will speak with you about your experience, any observations you would like to share, and ways to continue supporting your sense of balance.
