Service Description

Ongoing support to help you stay on track, adjust as things shift, and continue moving forward. After your initial session, this is where we work together more closely — refining what your body, mind, emotions, and spirit are asking for as life changes. What these sessions are for: Adjusting your plan as your body responds Ongoing aromatherapy and nutrition guidance Working through patterns as they come up Support during stress, transition, or healing Staying consistent without feeling overwhelmed These sessions can also be used for: Talking through life situations or decisions Gaining perspective when things feel unclear Emotional processing and support Navigating stress, relationships, or transitions Sometimes the most important step is simply having space to think clearly — with someone who can help you see what’s actually going on and what to do next. What to expect: These sessions are practical, grounded, and responsive to you. Some days we refine. Some days we troubleshoot. Some days we simply support what’s already shifting. You’re not starting over each time — you’re building forward. Session Options: 45 minutes — $65 60 minutes — $85
