You may recognize yourself in more than one pathway or have questions about how these different areas connect to your everyday life. The "Casaroma Wellness Quiz & Pathway Review" offers an opportunity to explore your responses in person with LyzaLee at our private East Hants wellness location. What Will We Explore? We'll discuss the pathways that stood out to you, your current concerns and the changes you'd like to make. Our conversation may include nutrition, digestion, sleep, movement, energy, stress, emotional well-being, life transitions and personal goals. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in natural wellness, clinical aromatherapy, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, LyzaLee will help you consider possible connections and identify practical next steps suited to your circumstances. Choose Your Appointment Length 60 Minutes — $75 CAD | Focused Review Explore your quiz responses, discuss your main concerns and identify practical starting points. **90 Minutes — $110 CAD | In-Depth Review** Examine several connected areas of your life, consider existing habits and develop a broader wellness direction. 120 Minutes — $140 CAD | Comprehensive Review Allow additional time to explore more involved circumstances, consider different approaches and develop a detailed personal wellness plan. After Your Appointment You'll receive a personalized written summary of our discussion, including relevant recommendations and agreed next steps. We may discuss nutrition, aromatherapy, educational resources or other Casaroma services when appropriate. There is no obligation to purchase products or book further appointments. Location and Booking Appointments take place at our private wellness location in East Hants, Nova Scotia, and are available to clients who have completed our Casaroma Wellness Connection process.
