Aromatherapy Massage There are times when your body needs more than a few minutes of rest. Long days, repetitive activities, and everyday responsibilities can leave your back, shoulders, and legs feeling tired or tense. An aromatherapy massage offers time devoted to your comfort and relaxation. Your appointment begins with a conversation about how you've been feeling and where you would appreciate the most attention. Drawing on over 30 years of aromatherapy and bodywork experience, LyzaLee selects essential oils and natural carrier oils to create a blend especially for you. As the massage begins, flowing movements, gentle kneading, and comfortable pressure encourage relaxation. My approach is intuitive and responsive rather than following a fixed routine. Through attentive touch, I may notice areas that feel particularly tight and spend additional time there, adjusting pressure, rhythm, and movement according to your comfort and feedback. Sometimes we linger in one area; other times the massage flows from one part of the body to another. Nothing is forced or rushed. **Choose Your Appointment Length** **60 Minutes — $75** A relaxing massage focused primarily on the back, with additional attention to the shoulders and legs. **90 Minutes — $110** More time to work through the back, shoulders, and legs, with additional attention directed to the areas you most appreciate.* **120 Minutes — $140** **Complete Aromatherapy Massage — With Optional Energy & Sound** Our most comprehensive appointment allows time for a beautifully unhurried massage of the back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. With two full hours available, each area can receive the attention it deserves without rushing from one part of the body to another. For those who would enjoy combining physical relaxation with energy work, a portion of the appointment may instead be devoted to Reiki, intuitive energy practices, or sound using singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, or music. The choice is entirely yours. You can enjoy the full two hours of aromatherapy massage or incorporate energy and sound work according to your preferences. Together, we'll decide how best to use your appointment time. Every appointment brings together personalized aromatherapy, attentive hands-on care, and time set aside just for you. **Please note:** This is an aromatherapy relaxation service, not Registered Massage Therapy, and is not eligible for massage therapy insurance coverage.
