Our lemongrass essential oil is distilled from the grass of cymbopogan citratus plant.  With its strong lemon scent it can freshen a room if used in a diffuser or reportedly keep outdoor pests away.  Many use it in their shampoo for a great fragrance for people and a distasteful one for mosquitoes.   If you are feeling a bit down or can’t get the energy to start a project give lemongrass a try.  However, it can be a real problem if used in strong dilution in skin products.  We don’t recommend it for dermal use for children or people with hypersensitive skin.  A little goes a long way. Not for internal use.  Do not use undiluted on the shin.
