Eucalyptus smithii offers a lighter, more delicate freshness compared to stronger eucalyptus varieties. Lavender helps settle and calm, while Frankincense adds a quiet, grounding quality that supports a more relaxed state.
The steam from the shower helps carry the aroma, allowing children to experience the blend in a gentle, natural way.
