Reiki & Energy Work Sometimes what you need isn't another thing to do. You need an opportunity to stop, become still, and allow yourself to receive. Reiki has been part of my life and work for more than 30 years. For me, it is more than a technique used during an appointment; it is a daily practice based on intention, presence, and the principles taught by Reiki founder Mikao Usui: **Just for today, do not anger.** **Just for today, do not worry.** **Be grateful.** **Work honestly and diligently.** **Be kind to others.** Sometimes "just for today* feels too big, so I come back to "just for this moment". Just for this moment, I will not worry. Just for this moment, I will not anger. Just for this moment, I will be grateful. And then there is another moment. That philosophy is part of what I bring into every Reiki session. What Happens During Reiki? We begin with a conversation about how you're feeling and create a personalized aromatherapy blend for your session. You then lie comfortably, fully clothed, on the massage table while I work with Reiki through hands placed gently on or just above your body. The session is still and deeply restful. Many people fall asleep or leave feeling as though they have had a wonderful rest. Some experience warmth, tingling or other sensations; others notice emotions beginning to soften. There is no particular experience you are supposed to have. You simply get to receive. Choose Your Experience 60 minutes — $75 A complete Reiki session with personalized aromatherapy and focused hands-on and hands-above energy work. 90 minutes — $110 A slower, more spacious session with additional time for Reiki, aromatherapy and energy work. 2 hours — $140 | Reiki, Aromatherapy & Sound Experience Our most immersive experience, allowing Reiki to unfold alongside personalized aromatherapy, energy work, intention or prayer, and, when appropriate, singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong or music, with time left for stillness before returning to your day. Reiki From Wherever You Are Reiki is also available remotely. We connect before your appointment to talk about how you're feeling and what you would like to bring into the session; you then receive Reiki while resting comfortably in your own home.
